Thursday and Friday were career days at Eastern Elementary School and schoolchildren got into the spirit of their future careers. Thursday, children in Mrs. Moore and Mrs. Dixon’s classes dressed as “what I want to be when I grow up,” and Friday, the school had special visitors from the business, agriculture and law enforcement communities, who demonstrated and explained what their jobs are like and answered questions about potential careers.
