Meredith took home a large basket of school supplies as a thank-you from Alpha Omega Chapter.
In Chapter business, members honored several of their own members: Lois Chenault received her 25-year membership pin. Sally Mann’s 40-year pin will be delivered to her by the Hyde County hostess group. Helen Bonner’s 50-year membership pin will be delivered to her by the Aurora hostess group.
In other business, Pam Hodges gave the legislative update. Vice President Dava Jarman reported on the breakfast held in August for new Beaufort County teachers.
