Mrs. Rosetta Spencer Clark, of 238 Old Country Road, Belhaven, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. A funeral will be held Sunday, Nov. 6, 2016, at Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witnesses, 25319 U.S. Highway 264 East, Pantego. Burial will follow at Northside Cemetery, Belhaven. The body will lie in state at the Hall from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. prior to the services. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday. The family is receiving friends at the home. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremations, Washington.
