Mr. Howard Ray Waters, age 77, a resident of Chocowinity, died Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at his home.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Elizabeth Chapel Church of Christ. Burial will follow in the Weston Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
