Mr. Woodrow Smith, known to many as “Chuck,” left this world on November 22, 2016.

He was loved and will be missed by his wife: Carol “Lou” Smith; his children: Pam Smith, Joseph Smith (Carla), Michelle Edwards and Lisa Allen (T.W.); his grandchildren: Jenna Tucker (Kevin), Ashley Rose (Justin), Dustin Smith, Maren Edwards, Jackson Allen, Ann Haven Edwards, Cameron Allen, Dillion Smith and Lawson Ross. He loved and bragged on them all. He is also survived by his sister: Opal Woolard (Melvin), brother: Robert Smith (Brenda), Sally Swain, Shella Boyette and Pearl Morris (Paul); his seven nephews and nine nieces and his best furry friends: Ginger and Charlie. Chuck was predeceased by his sisters: Peggy McCullan and Pat Whaley.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, November 26, 2016 at First Free Will Baptist Church, located at 901 North Bonner Street, Washington.

The service will be officiated by Pastor Earl Sutton.

The family will receive friends at the home.
