Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Walker Faucette of Bath are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine O’Brien Faucette, to James Chandler Stroud.

Chandler is the son of Mr. Butch Stroud and the late Joyce Stroud of Greenville, NC.

Katherine is a graduate of ECU and teachers at AG Cox Middle School in Winterville. Chandler is a graduate of NC State and is an employee of PotashCorp in Aurora.

The couple will exchange vows in a private ceremony on December 31, 2016 at the First Presbyterian Church in Washington, NC.
