Katherine “Sissy” Cowan Bickford, 65, of 204 Spring Street, Windsor, NC, died Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at her home.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 9, 2016 at Noon at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery,

The family received friends Thursday, December 9th from 11:00AM until Noon and from the home of Christie Mizell at other times.
