Festival of Lights: The Washington waterfront was alight with Christmas in December, as boat owners were challenged to decorate their vessels for the holidays. The Harbor Walk of Lights, sponsored by the Washington Harbor District Alliance, and Terry Smithwick of the Moss Landing marina, has drawn many nighttime visitors to Stewart Parkway and its boardwalk.
