Mr. Melvin Lee Watts, 63, of 3011 Jehossee St., Apt. 107, Raleigh, died Dec. 22, 2016, at Tower Nursing & Rehab Center.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016, at Toodle’s Chapel with Bishop Avery Barnes, officiating. Burial will follow in Toodle’s Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at Toodle’s Chapel.
