Deborah Jean Dawson Wooten, 57, formerly of Vanceboro, died Sunday, January 1, 2017 at West Jefferson Medical Center in Harvey, Louisiana.

Funeral services will be held 2:30 PM Saturday at Rio Grand Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Viewing will be from 2-6 PM at the funeral home and will resume one hour prior to the service at the church.

Family will receive friends at 145 Chips Rd., Vanceboro, where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
