Lesli Kennedy of Morrisville, NC, and Matthew Nelson of West Palm Beach, FL, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Reckert Nelson, to Hilton Bryan Lewis O’Neal.

Hilton is the son of Virginia and Billy O’Neal of Washington, NC.

The couple will exchange vows at a private ceremony on May 6, 2017 in Wilmington, NC.
