Elmer Monterie Bell, 74, of Bell Town Road, Williamston, NC, died on January 16, 2017 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Back Swamp Church of Christ in Williamston. A viewing will be held one hour prior to service.
