Mrs. Gearlene M. Armstrong-Rowe, 69, of 431 Notre Dame Lane, Baltimore, Maryland, and a native of Washington County, North Carolina, passed away January 14, 2017 at Medstar Franklin Square Medical Center, Baltimore.

A celebration of life was held Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 11:00am at Shiloh Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ,,541 N.C. 32 North, Roper, N.C., officiated by Bishop John M. Armstrong Sr., with Daniel L. Gilliam Jr. presiding.
