Mr. James Terry “Jim” Draper, age 74, a resident of 89 Shiloh Church Road, Pinetown, NC, died Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital of Washington.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 80 Cedar Circle, Washington. Burial will follow in the Respass Family Cemetery at the home. The family will receive friends 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home.
