Stephanie Peele O’Neal, of 200 W. 16th St., Washington, died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by New Beginning Funeral Home and Cremation, Washington. The family will receive friends at the home of her aunt, Mrs. Sylvia Anderson.
