Mrs. Carolyn Jean Carter Phillips, age 75, a resident of Pantego, died Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Union Grove Church of Christ.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Union Grove Church of Christ and following the service at the church.
