Those interested in adopting a pet should inquire at the Betsy Bailey Nelson Animal Control Facility, 3931 U.S. Highway 264 East, from 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturdays. Because of overcrowded conditions, the animals listed are only available as indicated.

Norie

This sweet and loving, approximately 2-years-and-8-months-old retriever/boxer-mix girl may be a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly, especially to attention, treats and squeaky toys. Owner surrendered due to a family member being allergic, Norie is already spayed and ready to go after her reduced fee is paid.

Norie needs owner(s) willing to give her their time, attention, love and exercise in a fenced area or on leash, and basic obedience training, in a good, loving, truly forever home where she can be a faithful companion and pet.

Fonzie

Like his namesake, this 1-year-old swirl tabby is a handsome boy. He wears a shorthair coat of pale orange and red orange stripes, pristine white highlights on his face, huge golden eyes and a rosebud nose. Our Fonzie will make a wonderful addition in a variety of good forever, loving, home settings, and he will blossom to become a faithful companion, friend and give you many happy days.
