The meeting was called to order by Obed Brabble at 6:55 p.m.

Members in attendance were Obed Brabble, Jeff Edwards, Dan Wallace, Buddy and Lynda Harris, Carlton and Ruby Manning, Harold and Carolyn Tyson, Gail Vickers, Bryan and Phyllis Weatherington.

The song of “America” was led by Carolyn Tyson and was sung by members. The invocation was given by Buddy Harris.

The meal served was prepared by Ruby Manning and Dan Wallace. It consisted of ham, chicken salad, deviled eggs, potato salad and sweets.

The minutes from April 11, were read by Obed Brabble. A motion was made to accept the minutes by Buddy Harris and seconded by Ruby Manning.

The treasurer’s report was given by Harold Tyson.

A motion to adjourn was made by Jeff Edwards and seconded by Carolyn Tyson.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by members. Dismissal was made by Obed Brabble at 7:45 p.m.
