Mrs. Ione Toler Whitford, age 93, a resident of Chocowinity, died Thursday, June 1, 2017 at River Trace in Washington.

A funeral service will be held 3:00 PM on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Smyrna Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM on Saturday at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.
