Dr. Will Hoffman, superintendent of Tyrrell County Schools, congratulated Jennifer Nguyen and Tajiauana Basnight upon receiving their Associates in Arts degree from Beaufort County Community College on May 11.

The credits that they have earned from BCCC while students in Columbia Early College High School will now transfer to East Carolina University and Meredith College where both plan to enroll as juniors and finish their undergraduate degrees.
