Jacquelyn “Jackie” Wilkins Foster, 64, of Belhaven, passed away on at her home.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 11, 2017 in Ryder Hill Cemetery in Pamlico Beach with Revs. Eric Hill and Dean Fulford officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Life Gate Free Will Baptist Church from 6:00 – 8:00 PM and at other times at their home.
