John Carr Sr. and Mae Stallings Carr celebrated their 50th anniversary on July 2, at the Masonic Lodge 675. The couple was married July 2, 1967. The event was hosted by John Carr Jr. and Kimberly Carr Huffman, with the help of Joyce Gibbs and Katherine Hodges.
