Two BCCC students receive scholarships

The Beaufort County Community College Foundation is proud to announce the following recipients of scholarships through the BCCC Foundation for the summer 2017 semester. This was the first time that the foundation has awarded summer scholarships.
Hope Warren has received the BCCC Foundation Board of Directors Scholarship. Warren, 28, of Williamston, is working toward becoming a registered medical assistant. She attended Bear Grass High School and holds an associate of applied science in medical office administration. She is the wife of Thomas Warren and mother of two.
Leegh Washington has received the BCCC Foundation Scholarship. Washington, 36, of Greenville, is working toward a commercial driver’s license. Father of two, he currently works at Fed Ex Express as a courier.
