Ona Thompson, 79, of Winterville, died Aug. 18, 2017, at home. A viewing will be held Monday, Aug. 21, 2017, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Whitfield & Whitley. A graveside service will be Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2017, at 1 p.m. at Maple Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Chocowinity. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home.
