Maude Mills Miller, 86, of New Bern, went home to be with the Lord on the morning of Friday, September 22nd, 2017 with her family by her side. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Maude enjoyed sewing and cooking for family and friends. She was also an active member of Tabernacle Baptist Church for many years.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Max Miller; two children, Timothy Miller and Cindy M. Unger (Dwaine); one sister, Margaret M. Bagg; three grandchildren, Christopher Miller, Jonathan Miller, and Danny Unger; and two great grandchildren, Landon Unger and Audrey Unger.

Sadly, she was preceded in death by her son, Bob Miller; two sisters; and five brothers.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, September 25th at Tabernacle Baptist Church, followed by a memorial service in the Family Life Center at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tabernacle Baptist Church Building Fund, 616 Broad Street, New Bern, NC 28560.
