Charlie Edward Godley Jr., age 70, a resident of Grimesland, NC, died Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Ridgewood Manor Nursing Home in Washington. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Alligood Church of God, officiated by Pastor Gary Bateman. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 6:00 PM until the service hour.
