Mr. Richard “Tootie” Crandell, of 1006 East 6th Street in Washington, NC died Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Duke/Raleigh Hospital.

Mr. Crandell’s funeral will be 2pm Sunday, October 1st at Temple of Jesus Christ Church. His burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

There will be a public viewing Saturday September 30, 2017 from 2-5pm in The Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel.

The family will receive friends at the home of his son, Richard Crandell who resides at 806 NorthGate Drive in Washington.
