Robert Lee Whitley, 89, of 504 Maul Swamp Rd., Vanceboro, died Friday, September 29, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, October 7, 2017 at St. Joe’s F.W.B. Church, Vanceboro. Burial will follow in the Dawson Family Cemetery.

Public viewing will be from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Friday, October 6, 2017 and will resume one hour prior to the service at the church.

The family will assemble one hour prior to the service at the residence in preparation for the funeral service.
