E8 Smsgt. Retired US Air Force Joe Winford Holloway, of Swan Quarter, NC, died October 2, 2017.

Service with military honors will be 11:00AM Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the Mattamuskeet School, Swan Quarter. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home, 219 N. Bonner Street, Washington, from 6:00-8:00PM on Friday, the 6^th of October, and other times at the home, 13734 Hwy 264 E, Swan Quarter.
