A tribute to our Mother & Nana

“My sweet Nana went to Heaven yesterday. The most talented person that I have ever known! She taught us to draw and paint…she did pottery and photography…I mean, how many nana’s have their own dark room for most of your life?? She could sew anything and everything…tat, crochet, embroidery….just endless! She even had a loom where she created many works of art…I would come home from school and get to play on the loom with her…such wonderful memories! As a child, I remember being greeted by the smells of oil paints and turpentine as she was creating something beautiful. Nana…the person that gave our family the gift of creativity and instilled in us to always reach for our dreams…life will never be the same. Love you, Nana…thanks for every beautiful memory and always believing in me.”
