Belhaven’s new pavilion was dedicated Saturday at the town’s ICW Celebration in honor of the late Dr. Charles O. Boyette. The pavilion was made possible through donations by TJ’s Marine Construction and Mildred Bowman (in memory of her husband), as well as funds raised by the Small Town Main Street Program and the ICW Celebration.
