James Ralph Bowen, 75, of Williamston, NC, died October 28, 2017 at the Vintage Inn.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00am at Biggs Funeral Home (Chapel) in Williamston, officiated by Rev. Delmus Ayers.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston.
