Elaine Helen Soltis Shaw, 85, formerly of Cleveland, Ohio, and recently of Washington, died Nov. 8, 2017.

Elaine is survived by her husband of 68 years, Howard Shaw; daughters, Terri Ibanez and husband Arcie, Tina Phillips and husband John; and granddaughters, Lauren and Rachael Phillips.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Mark Shaw, in 2006.
