Samuel Earl Minter, 66, of 2935 Wilmar Rd., Vanceboro, NC, died Monday, November 13, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, November 17, 2017 at Gateway To Heaven Pentecostal Holiness Church in Kinston.

Burial will follow with military honors in the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, Goldsboro.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 2:00 PM-6:00 PM, at the funeral home.

At other times, the family will receive friends at residence, where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
