Roy Earl Tarkington, 80, of Creswell, died Thursday, Nov. 23, 2017, at his residence in Creswell. A graveside service was held Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Philippi Church of Christ Cemetery with Larry Woodley officiating. Family received friends on Sunday at the graveside following the service and other times at the residence.
