Tyrrell County 4-H will sponsor the Culinary Confections Contest as part of River Town Christmas. This event is open to anyone ages 5 and up. You may enter either a gingerbread house or baked good; such as cookies, cakes, fudge, etc. There is NO registration fee. Registration form, recipes and entries are due at the Tyrrell County Extension Center in Columbia, on Friday, December 8th between 8 am and 12 noon. Grand Prize winners in youth and adult divisions will receive a purple ribbon and a feature in the upcoming Columbia cookbook. Entries will be on display at the Columbia Theater on Friday, December 8^th and Saturday December 9^th as part of the Bazaar.
