Stephenie Dysart, 68, a resident of 1025 Canal Street, Williamston, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017, at Vidant Medical Center. A Celebration of Life with her family and friends will be held Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at the home in Williamston. Arrangements are by Joseph B. Paul, Jr. Funeral Director Licensee of Washington.
