Mrs. Yvonne Evans Cutler, 76, a resident of Washington, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017, at Ridgewood Nursing Center of Washington. A funeral service will be held at noon on Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, at First Church of Christ in Washington. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Monday at the church. Paul Funeral Home of Washington is serving the Cutler family.
