As a result of an investigation, the Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office has charged Cassaundra N. Fenner, 50, of Plymouth with obtaining property by false

pretense by cashing a stolen check at the State Employees’ Credit Union in Columbia, Sheriff Darryl Liverman reported. The warrant was served by the Plymouth Police Department. Fenner also was arrested on charges in Plymouth and has pending charges in Martin and Chowan counties.
