Loretta May Waters, 78, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, at 5:42 a.m. in T.H. Regional Hospital.

She was born Dec. 23, 1938, in Terre Haute to John W. Holland and Elizabeth M. Kinnaman Holland.

She is survived by her daughter Pamela Anderson, of Washington; her son, Richard E. Anderson, II, of Terre Haute; a grandson, Sean Nathan, of Oklahoma; two granddaughters, Courtney Erwin, of Terre Haute, and Elizabeth Nuckols, of North Carolina; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and a nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and two sisters.

Loretta enjoyed playing pool and Rummy. She also liked to take trips to Las Vegas. She loved her family and will be greatly missed.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017, at 1 p.m. in Roselawn Memorial Park. There is no visitation. Arrangements were entrusted to Roselawn Funeral Home, 7500 N. Clinton Street, Terre Haute, IN 47805.
