Janet Byrd Price, 87, of Old U.S. Highway 17 North, Windsor, died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017, at Vidant Bertie Hospital. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Cashie Baptist Church. The Rev. Bobby Strother will officiate. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home and from the home at other times. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
