Thelma Raynor Hoggard, 94, a resident of Three Rivers Nursing Home, and formerly of 114 Rhodes Avenue, Windsor, died Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017. A funeral service will be held Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, at 2 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Roger Leggett. A private burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m., Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, at Walker Funeral Home and from the home of Patricia Burden, 101 S. Middle St., at other times. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
