A CELEBRATION: Mrs. Emmer “Weedie” Bonner, a resident of Bayview, is one of the most loved and respected people in the Bath community. On Nov. 25. her eleven children honored her with a 90th birthday celebration. All 11 children were present for the event as well as her 22 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, 17 great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and more than 100 friends and neighbors. Soon after the birthday celebration, Mrs. Weedie was also honored as the Grand Marshal for the Bath Christmas parade. She led the parade with several of her children by her side. Pictured are Mrs. Bonner with her 11 children:  Alfred, Nelson, Purnell, Jeffrey, Arnita, Angela, Ray, Tommy, Anthony, Liz and Billy.
