William Garner Hoggard, 57, of U.S. Highway 13 North, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2018, at Vidant Bertie Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, at 2 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Chapel with Dr. Chris Lee officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home and from the home at other times. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
