Mrs. Louise Ward Ricks Fisher, age 88, a former resident of Washington, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville. A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, at the First United Methodist Church in Washington.

The family will receive friends in the church parlor one hour prior to the service.
