Mrs. Deborah Baldwin Turney Ash, a resident of Washington, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully Monday, Jan. 29, 2018. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Bath.

Survivors include her husband, Gib Ash, of the home; two daughters, Wendy Proctor, of Greenville, and Joy Ash, of Portland, Maine; a grandson, Nicholas Proctor, of Greenville; and a granddaughter, Ashley Proctor Gahagen and husband Joseph, of Goldsboro.
