Mrs. Edna Earle Ball Moore, age 86, a resident of 3008 John Small Avenue, Washington, died Monday, Feb. 5, 2018, at her home. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018, at the First Free Will Baptist Church, Washington. Burial will follow in Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at her home.
