Melinda Moore, of 951 Magnolia School Road, Washington, died Jan. 31, 2018, at Vidant Medical Center. Ms. Moore’s funeral will be at noon Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018, at Mt. Olive AME Church. Her burial follows in Burgess Cemetery. There will be a public visitation Tuesday from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. in the Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel.
