Children’s Programming Mania at Your Public Library

The Tyrrell County Library will be hosting several programs during the upcoming weeks. On March 2nd, special programming will include: “Building Buddies” will take place at 4:00 in the front conference room. Participants will be making pullback race cars that can be taken home once completed. Sign-up will be required for this program and supplies are limited for this workshop. Reserve your space by calling the library in advance of the program.

Another activity on March 2nd will be a family movie at 6:00. Disney’s Pixar award winning “Coco” will be shown from 6:00 until 8:00 in the front conference room. The library requests that anyone under the age of 10 to be accompanied by an adult during this showing. This event will be free to all that attends.

Pre-School Story Time with Tami will continue on Tuesday, March 13th and March 27th from 10:30 until 11:30. Bring your little ones out to enjoy stories, crafts, movement and songs based on woodland animals. This is geared toward children aged 2 to 5 years old. This will be a wonderful learning opportunity for your child during the spring months.

These programs at the library are free to anyone that attends these events. Please remember that sign-up is required for Building Buddies on March 2nd.
