Jessie Doughtie Cutrell, 90, of Gatling Street, Windsor, died Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 3, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Cashie Baptist. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 p.m. until service time also at the church. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
